  • This course discusses techniques for giving feedback, common ways people react to feedback, and strategies for responding to strong reactions.

  • You must complete this course before Class 3.

  • Allow 20-30 minutes for this course. During the course, you will watch videos so you may wish to have headphones handy. You should be able to view this course easily on your phone after you log in. To pass the course, you just need to complete 100% of it. There is no quiz prior to or at the end of the course.
