Each CLT will create a group presentation on one of the competency areas we have studied (see your workbook for the competencies.)
We will invite your supervisor and need to have the right email.
No more than 10 minutes each for the group
Jessica will send a PowerPoint template with slides.
Guests stay for presentations, lunch, and then depart as we wrap up.

Suggestions: Describe what the skills are and how your team has practiced using them (Be specific with examples/scenarios) Present a typical management or supervisory barrier/problem and how you can use the skills to overcome that barrier. Consider a handout or role play, but be sure your group explains the handout or analyzes what the role play illustrates

Identify a problem you are assisting to be solved. This can be a barrier that a person supported is facing, an interpersonal dynamic, something more 'logistical' like organizing staffing, budgets, or planning. Pick a problem that is realistic for you.
Next, use either the 5 Whys or the Fishbone model to work through how can you can solve the problem. Please refer to the Workbook pages and the PowerPoint posted on the Learner Hub to refresh (click here). You might also use the example we worked through in class on an Employment event that had poor attendance.
